Our program will eliminate appraisal bias through utilizing modern technology and data science by improving updating the appraisal process by utilizing evidenced based data driven market analysis.

A specialty appraisal management company dedicated to offering underserved communities assistance in articulating their reconsideration of value concerns restoring public trust to black and brown families enabling them to not have to white wash their homes for a fair value.

10KMA Appraisal Apprentice Program & 1890 Workforce Development Program

The 10K MA/1890 Workforce Development Program aims to bridge the wealth gap through accurate appraisals and data science techniques, focusing on underserved rural and urban communities. It employs Critical Hope Theory to foster belonging and support for long-term success, while also increasing the number of qualified appraisers through education and evidence-based analysis.

Heirs Property Center at Alcorn State

Developed 3-hour valuation training session for land use for Black Farmers in Heirs Train the Trainer Training. Developed highest and best use analysis for Heirs Property in Rural & Urban Areas utilizing Evidence Based Data Driven Market Analysis.
