A specialty appraisal management company dedicated to offering underserved communities assistance in articulating their reconsideration of value concerns restoring public trust to black and brown families enabling them to not have to white wash their homes for a fair value.

The 10K MA/1890 Workforce Development Program aims to bridge the wealth gap through accurate appraisals and data science techniques, focusing on underserved rural and urban communities. It employs Critical Hope Theory to foster belonging and support for long-term success, while also increasing the number of qualified appraisers through education and evidence-based analysis.
